We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Training Developer to design, develop, and maintain technical learning solutions for employees, partners, and customers. Key Responsibilities





- Design and develop technical training programs, e-learning modules, labs, videos, and documentation.
- Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams.
- Create instructor and participant guides, assessments, and certification content.
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Agile.
- Track learning effectiveness and continuously improve content.
- Mentor junior training developers.

Required

Skills

- Solid understanding of SDLC, Cloud, APIs, Databases, Networking, Security, and DevOps.
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

- Experience in technical enablement or corporate learning.
- Azure, AWS, Instructional Design, or related certifications.
