Position: Technical Trainer – Placement

Job Purpose To train and prepare students for technical assessments, placement drives, interviews, and industry requirements by developing their technical, analytical, problem-solving, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions for students across different programmes as per placement requirements.
- Prepare students for technical aptitude tests, online assessments, coding tests, and technical interviews.
- Conduct training in programming, IT fundamentals, data structures, databases, networking, operating systems, and other relevant technical areas.
- Design and deliver structured training modules based on current industry and recruiter requirements.
- Conduct mock technical interviews and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Identify students' skill gaps and provide appropriate training and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with the Placement/CRC team and academic departments for scheduling training sessions.
- Study job descriptions and technical requirements shared by recruiters and customize training accordingly.




- Support students in preparing for company-specific placement drives.
- Track student attendance, participation, assessment scores, and overall training progress.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, question banks, assessment papers, and practice exercises.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions for students requiring additional support.
- Assist in placement-related events, recruitment drives, technical rounds, and other career development activities.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in technical training, corporate training, placement training, software development, IT industry, or academic training.
- Experience in training college/university students for campus placements will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
