Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience,



and client requirements.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified US IT candidates.

Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.

Negotiate compensation rates and manage offer rollouts to ensure successful closures.

Maintain candidate records and update ATS/CRM regularly.

Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Achieve recruitment targets, submission ratios, closures, turnaround time (TAT), and quality metrics. Interested candidates can reach out to:
