As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to interviewing, coordinating selections, and supporting successful onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have robust IT recruitment experience, excellent sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to identify quality candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads, team leads, and management.
- Prepare and publish effective job descriptions on relevant job portals and social platforms.
- Source candidates through:
- LinkedIn
- Naukri
- Indeed
- GitHub
- Employee referrals
- Job portals




- Social media
- Professional networks
- Boolean/X-Ray searches
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic/video interviews.
