SWASEMI Pvt. Ltd. is a DeepTech/ClimateTech startup developing indigenous weather, environmental, hydrological and IoT-based monitoring systems for Smart Cities, Water Resources, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Defence, Infrastructure and other critical applications.

Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, technically strong and execution-oriented Technical Project Manager who can take ownership of SWASEMI's internal project management, product development and technical operations.

The candidate will act as the key interface between management, R&D;, hardware, firmware, software, mechanical teams, vendors and field operations and will be responsible for ensuring projects move from concept → prototype → testing → validation → production → deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple product development and engineering projects from requirement to deployment.
- Prepare project plans, milestones, timelines and resource requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Software and Mechanical engineering teams.
- Monitor daily/weekly project progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks and delays.
- Coordinate prototype development, testing, validation, calibration and field deployment.
- Manage vendors, component procurement, PCB development, manufacturing and technical follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain PRD, SRS, BOM, test plans, technical specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate customer requirements and convert them into actionable engineering tasks.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware, sensor, communication, firmware and field-deployment issues.
- Establish disciplined internal processes for project tracking, quality, testing and product development.
- Provide regular project status,



risks, resource requirements and execution reports to management.

Preferred Technical Exposure Knowledge/experience in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Sensors & Instrumentation, IoT, Data Acquisition, RS485/Modbus, MQTT/HTTP, GSM/4G, PCB Development, Environmental Monitoring, Weather Stations, Industrial Automation or similar technology products will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.

5–10 years of relevant industry experience in product development, engineering project management, IoT, embedded systems, instrumentation, industrial electronics or related fields.

Experience in a technology/product-based startup or engineering company will be preferred.

Compensation

₹6–12 LPA, depending on experience, technical capability and suitability. Performance incentives/ESOP may be considered for exceptional candidates.
