Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, status updates, and issue logs.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project timeline.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Technical Management/Technical Project Management/Technical Program Management/Project Management/Delivery Management/Project Delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from start to finish using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
