About The Role The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) at Flexton Inc. plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery health and growth of assigned strategic accounts. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery or VP, the TDM functions as a mini-general manager for their respective accounts, responsible for ensuring fulfillment quality, enhancing hiring manager experiences, engaging consultants effectively, and systematically expanding account opportunities. This role is instrumental in elevating Flexton from a transactional staffing provider to a strategic talent partner, fostering long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

The TDM collaborates closely with the Account Manager to develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor operational metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to manage complex staffing engagements, optimize delivery processes, and identify new growth avenues. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client and consultant experiences while achieving financial and operational targets.

Qualifications Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred,



and have between 10 to 15 years of experience in IT staffing or qualified services. A minimum of 4 years in delivery management, account management, or client partnership roles with revenue or P&L; responsibilities is essential. Proven experience managing strategic accounts generating over US$3 million annually or overseeing 30+ billable consultants is required.

Familiarity with US and India IT talent markets, staffing models such as W2, C2C, 1099, and SOW, and hands-on experience with QBRs, account planning, and CSAT/ESAT programs are highly desirable. Exposure to MSP/VMS platforms like Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, and ATS systems such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Ceipal will be advantageous.

Responsibilities Delivery Health & Operations: Drive fulfillment rates, improve conversion ratios, manage replacement TAT, and ensure billing hygiene aligned with SLAs. Conduct daily red-flag reviews on at-risk consultants, aging requisitions, and escalations. Collaborate with recruitment leads to develop sourcing strategies and capacity-to-demand alignment.

Hiring Manager & Customer Engagement: Maintain structured communication cadence with hiring managers, ensuring regular updates and feedback. Own the CSAT/NPS program, aiming for a target NPS above 40, and ensure all detractors are addressed within seven days. Co-manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with the Account Manager, and publish monthly account scorecards for leadership review.

Consultant Experience (ESAT): Conduct monthly ESAT pulses for new joiners and quarterly for tenured consultants. Facilitate career conversations annually,



partner with HR and Learning & Development teams on upskilling initiatives, and maintain an annualized attrition rate below 18%. Serve as the first escalation point for consultants and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.

Account Planning & Growth: Develop and update comprehensive annual account plans, including organizational mapping, whitespace identification, headcount and revenue targets, risk assessments, and 90-day action plans. Pursue opportunities in adjacent skill towers such as Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity. Achieve targets related to revenue growth, net headcount, and gross margin.

Customer Communication & Account Intelligence: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day delivery issues, formal escalations, change requests, and governance. Maintain a dynamic account intelligence repository covering organizational maps, decision-making patterns, competitor share, and hiring trends. Use market and talent insights to position Flexton as a strategic advisor to clients.
