Technical Lead - IT Digital Workplace

It's about Being What's next. What's in it for you? The Technical Lead in this position will ensure Workplace services within the M365 and Global Workplace Services organization meet business needs. And design, build, optimize, and maintain secure, efficient Windows client services using defined standards and policies in a cost-effective manner and provide expert support for the SCCM platform, including Windows client management, compliance, deployment/provisioning, patching, and software distribution. Also, act as a key contributor to global initiatives, primarily focused on Intune technologies

Making an impact. What will you do?
- The Technical Lead will deliver services and support in accordance with Corporate IT policies and procedures.
- Also, manage SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including task sequence design, quarterly OSD releases, driver/firmware packaging, deployment collections, feature updates, compliance reporting, L3 troubleshooting, documentation, and global rollout coordination.
- You will design and maintain enterprise Windows client standards, images, lifecycle management, Evergreen strategy, hardware standards, language packs,
regional configurations, and validation of monthly updates and feature releases
- You will be supporting evergreen activities: plan, communicate, and onboard new features or products into sustainable services.
- And continuously learn emerging Digital Workplace technologies and integrate with related services
- Also, participate in global Workplace projects and support high priority incidents through on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays.
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You should have a degree or equivalent from a reputed institute and/ or a formal training and/ or certification in Intune / Modern Desktop, SCCM & Microsoft Technologies
- 8-12 years of relevant IT experience working with reputed companies
- Good technical knowledge in the Intune /MECM Infrastructure
- Experience working in a global or distributed team (preferred, not mandatory). With strong English communication skills
- You must have exposure to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & Networking and strong troubleshooting skills across SCCM / Intune / Windows area
