Role Description The Technical Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for leading the technical function across product design, development, testing, and deployment. This position oversees engineering teams working on fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, electrical panels, and related safety solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications.

The Technical

Head will define technical roadmaps, review designs, guide troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement in product performance and reliability. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality, sales, and service teams to address technical queries, support key customers, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.



Daily activities include monitoring project progress, mentoring technical staff, approving documentation and specifications, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and driving adherence to ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.

Qualifications

Strong background in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering, preferably with experience in fire alarm, firefighting, or life safety systems.

Proven leadership experience in managing technical or engineering teams, including project oversight and resource planning.

In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, certifications (e.g., ISI, CPRI, ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements for safety and electrical equipment.

Experience in product development, design review, testing, and quality assurance for electronic or electromechanical systems.

Ability to analyze complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Strong documentation and communication skills for preparing technical specifications, reports, and guidance for cross-functional teams.

Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing and testing environment, with attention to safety practices and compliance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; relevant qualified certifications are an advantage.

Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as technical support, pre-sales engineering
