Job Overview

Revolite is looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect – Conga CPQ & CLM with strong expertise in Conga CPQ, Conga CLM, technical architecture, solution design, integrations, and customizations.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working as an Architect on Conga Products and be capable of leading technical workshops, defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, and working closely with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Technical Architect for Conga CPQ and CLM implementations.
- Lead and participate in functional and technical requirement workshops.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to identify functional gaps and determine customization requirements.
- Drive technical workshops and document technical requirements for:
- Customizations
- Integrations
- Data Migration
- Conduct technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs) when required.
- Create detailed Low-Level Technical Designs (LLD).
- Conduct technical design reviews.
- Define integration approaches and technical architecture.
- Define and review data migration strategies internally and with customers.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development/build team.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers and Solution Architects to define build sprints.
- Oversee technical progress and resolve challenges faced by the development team.
- Support sprint demos and technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular code reviews and peer reviews using appropriate tools, including Clayton.
- Conduct internal build reviews, capture feedback, and drive closure.
- Collaborate with EM/SA teams for SIT and UAT planning and execution.
- Define organization strategy, deployment strategy,



and environment strategy.
- Manage and support different environments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Conga product cases and collaborate with Conga support/product teams.
- Provide technical support during the Hypercare phase.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience as a Technical Architect.
- Proven experience working with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM.
- Strong understanding of Conga product architecture and customization.
- Experience leading requirement and technical workshops.
- Strong experience in technical design and solution architecture.
- Experience with integrations and data migration.
- Strong experience conducting technical PoCs.
- Experience providing technical leadership to development teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, developers, and customers.
