Key Responsibiliti esDesign and architect robust, scalable, and secure software solution s.providing technical advice by evaluating new technologies and products to determine feasibility and desirability of the current business workplace and to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solution s.Supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activitie s.Working with the project managers to define the scope and cost estimatio n.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objective s.Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenc e.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to optimize product performance and developmen t.Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timeline s.Establish the best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenanc e.Stay updated on emerging trends in software architecture and maritime technology to integrate industry best practice s.





Required Skills and Qualificati onsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related fie ld.Proven experience (8+ years) in software architecture and design with a focus on Pyt honStrong proficiency in web-based application development and cloud computing technologi es.Expertise in modern architecture frameworks, microservices, and RESTful API desi gn.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholde rs.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challeng es.

Preferred Skills and Qualificat ionsFamiliarity with maritime or cargo engineering software is a plus but not mandat ory.Familiarity with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functio ns).
