Role Description The Technical Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District.

The Technical

Executive will support daily manufacturing and technical operations, including monitoring production processes, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting in preventive maintenance plans, documenting technical activities, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional departments, preparing technical reports,



and supporting implementation of new technologies and procedures in the plant.

Qualifications Strong understanding of electrical and electronic manufacturing processes, equipment, and basic automation concepts.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures.

Knowledge of quality control practices, safety regulations, and basic root-cause analysis techniques.

Proficiency in using standard office and technical software (e.g., MS Office, basic ERP or production monitoring tools).

Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with production and engineering teams.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant operations environment is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.

Willingness to work on-site, follow safety protocols, and adapt to shift-based operations if required.
