Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and identity governance processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management related to identity and access management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
