We are hiring for Team Leader/Team coordinator.

Role Includes: Customer handling Insurance-related sales activities Team recruitment & management Team coordination activities Additional Information: Short training process provided IRDAI certification process is mandatory During training: Variable pay & incentives After training Fixed pay + commission + incentives.

No monthly targets WFH & Part-time options available after training Initial training must be attended in office or virtual Eligibility: Age: 25 to 65+ years.

Basic Tamil or English communication required .

Experience in sales/customer support/team handling is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
