Role Description The Team Leader – Real Estate at STBG HOMES is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East. This role involves leading and managing a sales team, setting performance targets, and guiding team members in achieving individual and collective goals in residential and commercial real estate.

The Team

Leader will oversee client consultations, coordinate property viewings, and ensure brokerage-free advisory services are delivered with professionalism and transparency. Daily responsibilities include mentoring team members, monitoring market trends, preparing reports,



and collaborating with builders and internal stakeholders to maintain robust partnerships. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving client issues, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, team members, and partners.
- Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate expertise, with knowledge of property markets, transactions, and builder collaborations.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Team Management abilities, including motivating teams, monitoring performance, and coaching for results.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or business development, particularly in Bengaluru or similar urban markets, is highly beneficial.
- Proven customer service orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with integrity and transparency are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru East.
