We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Virtual Assistant to manage a team of Virtual Assistants, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality service delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with prior experience managing remote teams.

Key Responsibilties

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Virtual Assistants.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA adherence.

Handle client communication and resolve escalations.

Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.

Ensure timely task completion and quality delivery.

Prepare operational reports and drive process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements

3–6 years of experience with at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead role.





Experience managing Virtual Assistants or remote teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in Virtual Assistance, Customer Support, Operations, Executive Assistance, or Business Support functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Exposure to US/International clients is preferred.
