Role Description The Team Lead role at TTE is a full-time position based in Tada with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Team

Lead will coordinate daily activities for a project or functional team, assign and monitor tasks, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. This role involves guiding and mentoring team members,



facilitating communication between the team and management, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on track.

Lead will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare regular progress reports, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The position requires hands-on involvement in planning, documentation, and performance tracking, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including task delegation, team coordination, and mentoring.

Solid project planning and execution abilities, with experience in tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and addressing risks or issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including effective time management and self-organization in both in office and remote settings.

Relevant experience in engineering, facilities management, construction, or a similar technical or operations environment is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.
