Team Leader – PCOS Segment Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

Compensation: ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Leader - PCOS Segment who can take ownership of team performance, client servicing, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise mentors under the PCOS segment
- Monitor daily team performance and client progress
- Track red-zone, orange-zone, and green-zone cases
- Ensure timely client communication and high-quality servicing
- Conduct review meetings and follow-up calls
- Handle difficult client cases and escalations
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards




- Drive monthly team goals and performance
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Monitor client satisfaction, renewals, complaints, and refunds

Key KPIs

- Red Zone: <30%
- Green Zone: >35%
- Orange Zone: <10%
- Refund requests stopped through counselling/follow-up: 95%
- Client satisfaction: 4.5+/5
- Client complaints: <3% per month

Compensation

₹15,000/month + performance-based incentives

Performance incentives are linked to parameters such as team renewals, refund management, client outcomes, Google reviews, dashboard/task management, and achievement of team KPIs.

Work Mode

100% Remote

Training A mandatory 1-week training period will be provided after joining, during which skills, work ethics, and performance will be evaluated.
