Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Team Lead to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of Network Assurance Control (NAC) solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise in fault and performance management, automation workflows, and monitoring frameworks, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will guide a team of developers and engineers to deliver scalable, intelligent, and integrated assurance systems across telecom domains.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management (PM)

- Architect and oversee development of adapters for ingesting data from diverse network elements.
- Define and enforce KPIs, thresholds, and policy frameworks.
- Lead dashboard design for real-time and historical performance visualization.
- Drive initiatives for historical data loading and performance analytics.
- Champion AIOps integration for predictive and autonomous operations.

Fault Management (FM)

- Guide development of fault/event data adapters and NEF integration.
- Design correlation rules and fault syntax for intelligent event analysis.
- Supervise agent development for data collection and event processing.




- Enhance SIA/RCA capabilities for proactive service impact resolution.

Cross-Domain Integration

- Lead FM/PM report design and customization.
- Ensure seamless integration of network elements with assurance platforms.
- Oversee development and maintenance of Grafana dashboards.
