Role Description This full-time, on-site Team Lead role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area and is responsible for overseeing daily operations and guiding a team involved in payment solution deployment and support.

The Team

Lead will coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely installation, integration, and maintenance of POS systems and related services for clients. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.

Lead will also support process improvements, train team members on products and procedures, and help maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners.

Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising or mentoring staff in an operations, technical, or service delivery environment.

Knowledge of payment solutions, POS systems, and related technologies, including card terminals, connectivity options, and integration with billing or accounting systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.

Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, including experience prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and handling escalations.

Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field; relevant experience in fintech, payments, or retail technology is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to work on-site, engage directly with clients, and adapt to a fast-paced environment in the Greater Kolkata Area.
