Role Description The Team Lead role at Global Assure is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Team

Lead is responsible for supervising daily operations, guiding a team to meet performance targets, and ensuring high-quality customer assistance across mobility, health, digital security, and electronics services. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring workflows, allocating responsibilities, handling escalations, and ensuring adherence to service standards and process guidelines. The role involves coaching and developing team members, conducting performance reviews,



and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency and customer experience.

The Team

Lead is also expected to analyze operational data, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions, escalations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in operations or service delivery within assistance services, insurance, or related sectors is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use basic productivity and CRM tools effectively.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in time-sensitive or distress situations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with diverse teams and backgrounds.
