We are looking for a hands-on TBM / FinOps Implementation Consultant to join our Hyderabad team and help global customers implement, configure, and adopt the Yarken platform.

Role Overview This is a customer-facing implementation role for someone who understands TBM, FinOps, cloud cost management, IT financial management, allocation models, data mapping, and enterprise reporting.

You will work closely with customers, product, engineering, and customer success teams to configure the platform, onboard customer data, define allocation logic, support chargeback/showback models, and help customers get value from Yarken.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys implementation, configuration, data problem-solving, and working directly with customers to turn messy technology spend data into clear, usable insights. What You’ll Do Implementation & Configuration Configure the Yarken platform based on customer requirements, workflows, reporting needs, and business objectives.

Support end-to-end implementation activities across TBM, FinOps, ITFM, cloud cost, and technology spend use cases.

Work with customer data including GL, cloud billing, labor, assets, applications, services, projects, cost centers, vendors, and business units.

Build and validate allocation, chargeback, and showback models.

Support tagging, cost categorization, mapping, and data transformation activities.





Validate reports, dashboards, and outputs before customer review. Customer & Stakeholder Support Work with customer teams across Finance, IT, Cloud, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations.

Understand customer requirements and translate them into configuration and implementation steps.

Support workshops, onboarding sessions, implementation reviews, and adoption discussions.

Explain implementation logic clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Help customers identify cost visibility, governance, optimization, and reporting opportunities. Data, Reporting & Governance Analyze customer data quality issues and support remediation.

Work with cloud cost data from AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.

Support FinOps reporting, cloud cost allocation, tagging governance, and cost optimization analysis.

Support TBM reporting across towers, services, applications, projects, business units, and cost centers.

Document configuration logic, mapping rules, implementation decisions, and repeatable playbooks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements, validate edge cases, and improve platform capabilities.

Work with Customer Success to improve adoption and value realization.

Support Sales and Solutions teams during demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts when needed.

Share customer feedback that can improve workflows, reports, integrations, automation, and AI-driven capabilities. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in TBM, FinOps, ITFM, cloud cost management, technology finance,



or related implementation roles.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Apptio TBM, Cloudability, CloudHealth, Flexera, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

Robust understanding of cost allocation, chargeback, showback, cloud cost reporting, and technology spend governance.

Experience working with enterprise customer data such as GL, cloud billing, labor, assets, applications, vendors, services, and cost centers.

Ability to configure platforms, validate outputs, troubleshoot data issues, and explain results clearly.

Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL or similar data analysis tools.

Comfortable working directly with customers and internal product / engineering teams.

Clear communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Willingness to work full-time from the Hyderabad office. Nice to Have FinOps Certified Practitioner or related certification.

Experience with Apptio Cost Transparency, Apptio TBM Studio, ApptioOne, Cloudability, or similar platforms.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud billing and cost data.

Knowledge of TBM taxonomy, ATUM, service costing, application costing, or IT tower reporting.

Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow, Jira, or data transformation workflows.

Prior consulting, implementation, customer success, or solution delivery experience in enterprise SaaS.
