Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Image Processing Specialist to join TAO Digital Solutions, a forward-thinking technology partner within the Student Tiibe ecosystem. This role is pivotal in supporting advanced AI and computer vision initiatives by delivering high-quality, precisely annotated visual assets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, with mastery of the Pen Tool for accurate image tracing, path creation, and object segmentation.

Create precise object outlines and paths using the Pen Tool in Adobe Photoshop

Perform image tracing, clipping path creation, masking, and object segmentation

Identify and categorize image regions into predefined color classes (e.g., skin, eyes, hair, clothing, and other visual elements)

Review, analyze, and process large batches of images while maintaining strict quality standards

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual fidelity across all processed assets

Adhere to project-specific guidelines and quality requirements

Independently assess images and make informed decisions during processing

Adapt swiftly to evolving project needs and workflow changes Requirements

Requirements

0–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Image Editing, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines





Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with hands-on experience in Pen Tool, Image Tracing, Clipping Paths, and Object Selection

Exceptional attention to detail and visual accuracy

Ability to maintain high-quality output during repetitive, high-volume tasks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Efficient processing capability with large datasets

English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in image segmentation or color mapping projects

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar vector-based design tools

Proven experience handling high-volume image processing workflows

Task Instructions

You will be required to annotate 8 provided images using Adobe Photoshop. If you do not have a licensed copy, you may use the free trial version—ensure it is canceled after completion to avoid charges. Carefully follow the video instructions provided, along with supporting materials, to complete the task accurately.

Complete the task within 1 full day

Create a folder containing the 8 original images and the 8 completed color maps (named as filename_map)

Compress the folder into a ZIP file and submit it as your final deliverable

Significant Rules

Evaluation will be based on precision, quality, and adherence to instructions

Achieve pixel-perfect accuracy using the Pen Tool as demonstrated in the video

Use only the tools and methods described in the provided guides—no AI tools or automated models are permitted

Ensure correct class and color assignments in all outputs
