Role Description The Talling Calling role at Ankit Group is a full-time, on-site position located in Patna. In this role, the team member will make and receive calls to provide information, clarify details, and support communication related to engineering projects and services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up with clients or stakeholders, and accurately documenting discussions and next steps.

The role may also involve coordinating with internal teams, updating databases or spreadsheets,



and ensuring that all calls adhere to company guidelines and professional standards. This position requires consistent attendance on-site and close collaboration with the local office team.

Qualifications Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally on calls.

Positive written communication skills for documenting call details, preparing basic reports, and updating records.

Comfort using phones, computers, and common office software (such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or call-logging tools).

Ability to follow procedures, work in a structured environment, and manage time effectively across multiple calls.

Customer service mindset, including patience, problem-solving ability, and a polite, respectful approach to all interactions.

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or prior experience in calling, customer support, or administrative roles is an advantage.
