TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and should be capable of independently managing the hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.

- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on position requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal HR teams for interview feedback.
- Manage candidate communication and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle salary discussions and support offer negotiations.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Support onboarding activities and coordinate with HR for new employee joining formalities.

REQUIRED SKILLS • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

- Strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in complete end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical job profiles.
- Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes, trackers, and ATS systems. QUALIFICATION • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 7 days are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • Strong ownership of assigned recruitment requirements.
