Position : Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, experience, and hiring priorities.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.

- Manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with stakeholders.

- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and other employment terms with candidates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Build and maintain a robust talent pool and talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Cost per Hire.

- Work closely with HR and business teams for workforce planning and manpower requirements.

- Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals,



and other external hiring partners.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.

- Mentor and manage recruiters/TA team members and monitor their performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reduce hiring timelines, and improve hiring quality.

- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.

- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

- Experience handling volume hiring as well as niche/senior-level hiring.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment targets.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership and team-management capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
