Roles & Responsibilities:- ∙Manage system infrastructure including, databases, testing computer equipment, firewalls, malware and other software and hardware.

∙Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that may rise.

∙Monitor the system daily and respond quickly to any security breaches or usability concerns. ∙Backup systems and verify that backups have been completed.

∙Regularly upgrade systems as needed.

∙Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system.

∙Monitor and investigate security events and alerts using SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, email security, and other security tools.

∙Track and improve SOC metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, alert volume, false-positive rate, and SLA compliance.

Skills Required:- Strong understanding of SIEM and SOC operations

Hands-on experience with one or more: ∙Microsoft Sentinel

∙Splunk

∙IBM QRadar

∙Elastic Security

∙Microsoft Defender

∙Malware and phishing analysis





∙ Incident response and digital forensics

∙Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK;, IOC analysis, threat intelligence, and threat hunting. ∙Basic scripting/programming knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

∙ Understanding of cloud security concepts in AWS/Azure/GCP.

Experience with EDR/XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, or similar.

Valuable knowledge of:

∙TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, firewalls

∙Windows and Linux security
