We require a dedicated IT professional who can take ownership of day-to-day IT infrastructure management, systems administration, maintenance, security, and end-user support. The key responsibilities of this role will include:

- LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and overall network infrastructure management
- Firewall configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
- Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, licensing, email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and access control
- CCTV systems, NVR/DVR administration, and related infrastructure support
- Tally software administration and technical support
- Cloud platforms and SaaS application management
- Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and IT hardware support
- IT asset inventory management, installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Backup, recovery, and business continuity systems
- IT infrastructure monitoring and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolution of system and network issues
- Vendor management and AMC coordination




- Employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT access management
- IT documentation, system configurations, and infrastructure records maintenance
- IT security compliance and infrastructure best practices

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and technically strong individual who can independently manage and troubleshoot the above infrastructure while effectively coordinating with vendors and escalating specialized issues when required. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in system administration, networking, IT infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 administration, and Google Workspace administration. Practical hands-on experience and problem-solving ability will be given preference over certifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
