This role requires an independent thinker who will be pivotal in maintaining our server stack, managing infrastructure, and overseeing the operational strategy and support systems that ensure optimal performance and unrivaled uptime.

Responsibilities

- System Maintenance Monitoring

- Ensure servers, networks, and systems are running smoothly.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of all infrastructure components.

- Installation Configuration

- Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware.

- Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

- Security Management

- Implement and maintain security protocols (firewalls, antivirus, patching).

- Monitor for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.

- Maintain compliance with internal and external security requirements.

- Backup Recovery

- Schedule, manage, and verify backups across systems.

- Develop and regularly test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Support Troubleshooting

- Provide technical support to internal teams.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Maintain robust internal SLAs for uptime and response times.

Leadership Skills

- Ability to guide junior system administrators or IT support engineers.

- Experience with log monitoring, system optimization, and performance tuning.

- Excellent problem-solving and incident response skills.

- Strong communication skills to interface with multiple internal teams.

Job Brief

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operational health of our SAAS platform s infrastructure. This includes server management, security oversight, application hosting, and infrastructure monitoring.

Your role will also involve planning, executing, and supporting infrastructure upgrades and improvements, as well as maintaining an always-on environment with high availability and data integrity.
