About the project

We are the development center for Sbers India branch. You have a unique opportunity to participate in building an Automated Banking System (ABS) for Sbers Indian branch from scratch.

The system consists of a set of modules - core, accounting, reporting, credit and non-credit products, internet banking and anti-fraud system. You can directly participate in the creation of any of them, influence the architecture, the quality, the processes, the way they should look in the end.

Our pros are no legacy, no complicated, hardened processes, up-to-date technology.

Our goal is to make our own, small Sber for the foreign market.

ABS is aimed for:

- accounting and product accounting according to the standards of the country where the Bank Branch is located, including account plans, creating transactions and business operations, managing the business day, forming a balance sheet
- accounting according to RAS
- tax accounting according to Indian standards including TDS GST
- exchange rate management, support the processes of concluding and servicing transactions, including conversion transactions, corporate lending transactions and trade financing
- servicing transactional products (international and domestic transfers), as well as treasury operations.

Responsibilities

- maintenance of the current CBS on the Flexcube base and new CBS (Openshift+PostgresDB)
- web-servers, IBM WebLogic, Nginx application servers administration
- linux operation system administration
- container administration such as Openshift,



Kubernetes
- Oracle, Postgres, Elasticsearch database administration;
- brokers administration such as Nginx, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka
- monitoring and maintaining high availability of systems
- organization and performance of the incident procedures analysis and elimination occuring in CBS work
- engineering and maintenance of the test and production environments
- routine tasks automation with DevOps tools (jenkins, Ansible, Python, BitBucket)
- support the functional and load testing teams
- deployment of the new application software (installation testing)
- quick response and resolution of the emergent situations that are connected with the software operation.

Requirements

- university degree (Information Technologies)
- experience in maintenance and administration of high-load application automated systems
- understanding high-load systems architectures
- knowledge of network technologies
- knowledge of the organization and construction database principles, the basics of SQL
- linux administration experience
- knowledge of visualization platforms such as Openshift, Kubernetes
- experience in the development and usage of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Python, BitBucket)
- stress resistance, initiative, sociability, constructivity
- accuracy, attentiveness, responsibility for the result
- you can analyze the information and make the decisions
- you speak English confidently.
