Supply Line & Plant Amenities Electrical Maintenance Engineer Who you are/: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and set up automated plant equipment control layers, such as PLCs, VFD settings, HMI panels, and proximity/photoelectric sensors. Oversee operations and planned preventative inspections of the plant 's power distribution grid, which includes transformers, HT/LT panels, vacuum circuit breakers, and air circuit breakers. During unscheduled machine stoppages, lead quick floor/-side troubleshooting teams and use electrical schematics to methodically locate wire issues, blown relays, or burned controller modules.

To keep a high power factor, reduce energy transmission losses, and avoid utility fines, keep an eye on and maintain automated power factor correction capacitor banks.



Ensure that plant diesel generator systems and centralized UPS grids undergo routine testing, load synchronization, and preventive maintenance to ensure prompt cut/-ins during utility outages.
