Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – RefrigeratorIndustry: Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / ManufacturingJob Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations for refrigerator products, including material planning, procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for refrigerator manufacturing
- Plan and ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, R&D;, Quality, and Logistics teams
- Manage demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce material shortages and excess stock
- Develop and manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
- Ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, costs, and delivery performance
- Identify supply risks and implement corrective actions
- Prepare MIS reports, inventory analysis, and supply chain performance reports

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Material Planning




- Expertise in procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics
- Knowledge of refrigerator components and BOM management
- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced MS Excel
- Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations is an added advantage
- 6–12 years of experience in supply chain or material management
- Experience in home appliance manufacturing preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or other home appliances
- Knowledge of components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, sheet metal, plastics, motors, electrical components, and insulation materials
- Experience with OEM/ODM manufacturing, supplier development, localization, and cost optimization

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
