Major Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Drive cycle time reduction, line balancing, and productivity improvements through time & motion studies.

Support production during trials, ramp‑ups, and steady‑state manufacturing with quick issue resolution

Lead concept development, design validation, and implementation of automation and SPM solutions for Assembly, Rotor, Winding ,Lamination and Shell operations.

Ensure automation delivers targeted ROI, throughput, and quality improvements.

Drive process improvements, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization through innovative engineering solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Identify and execute cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives using Lean / CI methodologies.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in low cost automation and

Background in mid-sized manufacturing organizations, Motor Manufacturing preferred.

Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and machine design.

Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination and stakeholder management.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Designation: Up to Manager level, based on experience and suitability.

Required Education/Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Certifications

Lean Six Sigma

Travel: Yes, up to 20%
