Job Purpose Superintendent - Operations TSHD leads operational strategies for efficient and safe dredging, emphasizing quality service delivery, client satisfaction, safety regulations, survey planning, and logistical coordination.

Responsibilities Operational Planning and Execution: Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of production data, optimizing time management and quality.

Project Management

Liaise with clients and port representatives to provide updates on dredging progress,



addressing customer issues for enhanced satisfaction.

Dredger Equipment Maintenance

Maintain technical specifications, geotechnical data, and ensure dredger upkeep for optimal output.

Survey Planning And Coordination

Plan and review bathymetric survey operations, analysing productivity to inform dredging strategies. MIS Preparation And Data Collection Evaluate production and consumption data, prepare monthly reports, and manage SAP tasks for efficient operations.

Resource Management

Manage bunkers and fresh water supplies, optimize resource use, and coordinate crew operations for smooth execution. Health & Safety Adhere to safety norms, conduct risk assessments, and prepare for emergencies with regular drills and compliance tracking.

Team Development

Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead cooperative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success.
