Role Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant Role Purpose: This role provides advanced expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support payroll accuracy, compliance, and ongoing enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead configuration of ECP schemas, PCRs, wage types, pay components.
Manage master data mapping, replication, and EC–ECP integration.
Analyse and resolve payroll discrepancies and replication errors.
Ensure payroll configuration meets Australian legislative requirements.
Support year end and EOFY processing.
Ideal
Skills & Experience:
5+ years’ hands on ECP or SAP ERP Payroll configuration experience.
Expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage types, taxation, superannuation.
Robust EC knowledge including Pay Components and Job/Comp Info.
Excellent troubleshooting ability.
Strong communication skills for payroll related stakeholder engagement.
