Responsibility

- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning).,Customize workflows, templates, and business processes as per technical requirements.,Support downstream feeds, integration flows, and resolve integration-related issues.,Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align technical solutions with operational goals.,Provide ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting,



and performance monitoring.,Conduct training sessions for HR teams to maximize system utilization.,Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and technical specifications.,Support HR teams with data migration, system updates, and reporting.,Develop and optimize HR dashboards and reports for actionable insights.,Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and data protection standards.,Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry best practices.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
