- Supervise and schedule the daily work of maintenance staff and technicians.
- Implement and manage routine preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and back-of-house areas to spot and fix defects early.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls from front desk, housekeeping, or guests.
- Coordinate projects and oversee work done by outside contractors and vendors.
- Ensure all hotel operations follow local health, fire, and safety regulations.
- Track repair logs, manage inventory, and order tools or replacement
- Strong technical background in trades like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC repair.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality or facilities management.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with hotel staff and guests.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, computer tools, and safety compliance protocols.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
