Key responsibilities: 1. To ensure optimum availability of engineering services including Utilities & power. 2. To ensure that all the projects are completed in the giventime frameand within theallocatedresources/ approved budget. 3. To prepare,monitorand control revenue and capex budget. 4. To prepare the power, fuel budget and provide input for budgeting process. 5. To ensure compliancetopreventive Maintenance & Calibration schedules. 6. To ensure all deviations related to Engineering departments are investigated and conclusions are recorded on time. 7. To ensure CAPA's, CCR' related to engineering are closed on time. 8. To perform all SAP, Track wise CAPA,LMS& DCMactivities relevant to the job role. 9. To review& approveSOPs as per requirement. 10. To review risk impact analysis, riskassessment& risk re-assessment. 11. Planning& implementationof CAPA actions arising out of investigations, observations, riskassessments& regulatoryobservations. 12. Toinitiateand reviewthe energyconservation activities and projects. 13. To ensure liaison with allied government agencies for statutory requirements. 14. To ensure compliance to Quality, EHS Policy and Company's Code of Conduct. 15. To ensuretimelymaintenance of equipment& facility andrecords aremaintained. 16.



To ensure availability of resources for all the activities related to engineering department. 17. To review themanpowerproductivity on regular basis. 18. Training and development of subordinates and self-development. 19. Ensuring compliance tocGMPs, Safety procedures, current SOPs, statutoryguidelinesand company's code of conduct. 20. To ensure availability of annual rate contracts to all engineering contractors. 21.
