The ideal candidate will be responsible for retouching and enhancing product images to meet brand quality standards, ensuring fast turnaround times while maintaining consistency across all catalogue and marketing visuals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality image retouching including background removal, color correction, skin/fabric refinement,



and defect removal using Adobe Photoshop and LightroomEnsure all edited images comply with STYLI's brand style guide and image quality standardsDeliver edited images within agreed turnaround times (TAT) to support daily shoot and upload schedulesUtilize AI-based image enhancement tools to improve editing speed and consistencyPerform SKU-to-image validation to ensure accurate mapping and prevent catalogue mismatchesCollaborate with QC team to address flagged issues and minimize rework/revisionsMaintain organized file naming, folder structure, and version control for all edited assetsFlag recurring image quality or sample issues to the Studio Operations Manager for resolutionStay updated on new editing techniques, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve output qualityExperience: 1-3 years of experience in product/fashion image editing, preferably in eCommerce or retailTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom (Camera Raw)Understanding of color correction, cropping standards, and image resolution requirementsKnowledge of file formats and web-optimized image specificationsSoft Skills:Solid attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and team collaboration skillsAbility to take feedback and implement corrections efficiently
