We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience only in Manufacturing Industry to oversee financial reporting, plant finance, cost control, compliance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, costing, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Mandatory: Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required.Key Responsibilities* Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.* Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.* Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis.* Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning in collaboration with business stakeholders.* Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements.* Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.* Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory performance.* Support Capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business case preparation.* Partner with operations, supply chain,



procurement, and manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.* Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP preferred).* Mentor and guide the finance team while supporting strategic business decisions.## Desired Candidate Profile* 8–15 years of experience in Finance Controlling within a Manufacturing setting only.* CA preferred; CMA or MBA (Finance) may also be considered.* Strong experience in:* Financial Controlling* Plant Finance* Costing & Inventory Valuation* Budgeting & Forecasting* Financial Reporting & MIS* Internal Controls & Compliance* Statutory Audit Coordination* Working Capital Management* Experience with SAP (implementation or support experience is an added advantage).* Strong knowledge of Ind AS, accounting standards, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.* Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.* Comfortable working in a dynamic startup or high-growth manufacturing environment.Preferred Industry Experience-* Automotive / Auto Components* Electric Vehicles (EV)* Industrial & Engineering Manufacturing* Electronics Manufacturing* Consumer Durables* FMCG / Food & Beverage Manufacturing
