We're Hiring: Contact/ Customer Centre ExecutiveLocation: BangaloreSukoon Health is looking for a qualified, empathetic, and client-focused Client Service / Contact Centre Executive to join our Customer Success team.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and client communication• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families• Manage appointment updates and service-related queries• Coordinate with clinicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery• Maintain accurate client records and basic reports using Microsoft Excel• Deliver an empathetic and professional client experience at every touchpointRequirements:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory)• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environmentCompensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives
