Type: Full-time, HybridLocation: BengaluruCompany: HighApeAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Specialist to be the bridge between our customers, clients, and content at HighApe.You’ll be responsible for:Owning customer satisfaction across multiple channelsHandling queries, issues, and escalations with speed and clarityUsing data and feedback to improve user experienceCoordinating with internal teams (content, sales, ops) to resolve problemsOther tasks include: Managing supply side customers (organisers) and online content.This role sits at the intersection of Customer Experience, Client, and Content Management .What We’re Looking ForFresher or 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)Experience or interest in customer support / customer successGood analytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to stay calm and composed under pressureGreat presence of mind and quick thinkingComfortable presenting and explaining things to othersBachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field is a plus,
