If you're a test engineering expert with a passion for power electronics and silicon validation, this is your opportunity.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IC Test Engineer – DC-DC Converter & Power Solutions to join our Mid-Vin Buck team within TI's Power Products division. You will own the full test lifecycle — from test plan generation to volume production release — for cutting-edge mid-voltage regulators serving enterprise, industrial, AI, and autonomous driving markets.This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where your work directly ensures that millions of power devices shipped globally meet the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with design teams to understand device specifications and generate comprehensive test plansCreate and optimize ATE test and characterization programsDesign ATE hardware interface boards for silicon validationDebug and characterize silicon on ATE; correlate with bench measurementsPerform statistical yield analysis , debug yield fallout, and drive yield improvementSupport failure analysis tasks and comprehensive device debuggingDrive silicon qualification including qual hardware developmentLead test strategy definition for recent DC-DC converter productsManage product release to volume production in collaboration with manufacturing teamsChampion robust,
