you will own renovation projects end-to-end - from understanding existing spaces to delivering transformed homes. This role requires a balance of design expertise, problem-solving, and customer management to bring new life into existing homes.What You’ll OwnUnderstand existing site conditions and translate customer requirements into practical renovation design solutionsCreate functional, aesthetic space plans while working within structural and site constraintsOwn complete design deliverables including layouts, concepts, and working drawingsDeliver a seamless and trust-led customer experience throughout the renovation journeyManage your project pipeline and drive monthly revenue targetsEnsure smooth coordination and handover to execution teams with clear documentationWhat We’re Looking For1+ year experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning)Bachelor’s in Interior Design/B.Arch or equivalent, or a 2-3 year Diploma with 2+ years’ residential interiors experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design toolsExperience handling site challenges, redesigns, and client expectations in live environmentsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work in target-driven environments
