We focus on seasonal ingredients, natural fermentation, clean labels, and products made with intention.What You'll DoPrepare artisan breads, sourdough, laminated pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.Maintain consistency in recipes, quality, and presentation.Develop new seasonal bakery products alongside the culinary team.Manage production planning, inventory, and minimize wastage.Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organization.Train and support junior bakery team members.We're Looking For Someone WhoHas 3–6 years of experience in a professional bakery, café, or hotel.Has solid knowledge of bread baking, fermentation, viennoiserie, and pastry production.Understands ingredients and values quality over convenience.Is disciplined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.Is eager to innovate while maintaining consistency.
