clinic, and specialty-practice customersBuild and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnershipsRun product demos and solution presentations for clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholdersOwn the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closureBuild relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, CMOs, CIOs, and Medical DirectorsPosition Merago AI Scribe against customer workflows to show efficiency and documentation gainsNegotiate commercial agreements and support enterprise account growthEnsure smooth handover to implementation/onboarding and drive retention and upsellTrack healthtech trends, AI adoption, and competitive offerings, and feed insights to leadershipConsistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsWho we're looking for (required)3–5 years selling into hospitals and clinics — specifically AI, SaaS, EMR/EHR, digital health, or doctor-workflow / clinical software solutionsProven track record of hitting revenue targets and managing healthcare provider relationshipsStrong consultative / solution-selling skills and the ability to engage clinical and executive stakeholdersExcellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsProficiency with CRM and pipeline managementCurrently a resident of BangalorePreferredBachelor's in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related; MBA a plusDirect experience selling clinical documentation, ambient AI, or EMR/EHR-integrated products
