The ideal candidate should be committed to the Montessori philosophy and capable of guiding children through meaningful learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging Montessori lessons aligned with the Montessori methodology.Prepare and maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized classroom environment.Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and developmental milestones.Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.Encourage independence, creativity,



and problem-solving skills.Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.Participate in school events, parent meetings, and career development programs.Requirements:IMTC certification or Montessori Teacher Training certification is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.Prior experience as a Montessori Educator is preferred.Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for early childhood education and creating an engaging learning environment.
