Account Manager – Russia/CISKey ResponsibilitiesAccount Management – Sales & BDAssisting country head/region head with existing accounts in the Russia-CIS market.Help achieve sales targets and contribute to health of the business by helping in seeding and Lock-ins of new products.To help conclude business transactions in CIS.Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Help the team pursue new business opportunities in Russia – CIS marketPrepare and deliver proposals, presentations, DRC and pricing strategies tailored to client needs for both API and FDF.Coordination with Internal CFTsWork closely with CX, production, quality assurance, regulatory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.Liaise with regulatory affairs teams to ensure product compliance and registration of products in Russia/CIS.Market AnalysisAnalyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.(Export data,



IMS data)Monitor and report on market updates in CIS region.Contract Management - FDFSupport with contracts closure with clients.Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure timely signing of the contracts and agreements.Reporting and DocumentationMaintaining MIS for the region including customer database, RFC, Quarterly and Annual forecast/Budgeting.Complete MBR, QBR and requested ppts for the regionProvide regular updates and reports to regional head.Basic Qualifications:At least 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience in API Sales and BD. High energy individual with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a hands-on, collaborative fashion with many different disciplines both inside and outside of the companyDemonstrated experience in contributing to the negotiation and closing of partnership agreementsStrong leadership qualities, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, open minded, and innovative thinkingAbility to work independently in a rapid-paced entrepreneurial environment with incomplete informationGood negotiation & presentation techniquesWell-versed sales techniques, consultative selling, customer psychology and purchasing patterns.Candidates must be proficient in spoken and written Russian
