This role is responsible for driving store-level off-take, maintainingoperational servicing efficiencies, and building strong commercial relationships with store personneland regional category offices.Key Responsibilities & Core Deliverables1. Account Strategy & Business Growth∙ Annual Business Planning: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with keyaccounts, establishing annual targets, trade offers, and promotional budgets.∙ Listing & Account Alignment: Execute account strategies and listing/linking processes tomeet revenue targets and optimize portfolio profitability.∙ Trade Marketing Coordination:



Collaborate with trade marketing teams to align promotionalstrategies and oversee store-level execution.2. Store Operations & Supply Chain Execution∙ Order & Target Tracking: Monitor daily order flow, fill rates, and supply logistics to maintaintarget alignment.∙ Inventory Control: Track store stock systematically to prevent stock-outs during peak cycleswhile avoiding overstocking.∙ Operational Problem Solving: Partner with logistics, supply chain, and internal teams torapidly resolve delivery and fulfillment issues.3.
