ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:To program manage end-to-end incubation initiatives across emerging technologies, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation themes, ensuring structured execution, governance, and timely delivery.To enable faster decision-making, tracking, and seamless transition of projects from incubation to business-as-usual (BAU) through solid coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.Program manage incubation efforts across emerging tech, cross-BU ideation, and fintech innovation projectsDefine execution plans, timelines, and governance cadence for all incubation initiativesTrack and monitor project-level budgets and resource utilizationEnsure optimal allocation and utilization across pilots and implementation effortsCoordinate with sponsor Business Units and SPOCs to drive creation, incubation, execution,



measurement, and fine-tuning of projectsEnsure adherence to defined timelines, milestones, and delivery plans across projects ·Drive structured reporting of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership ·Ensure documentation of KRAs/KPIs, milestones, and success metrics for all incubation initiatives ·Facilitate seamless handover of projects to owner departments for Run (BAU) phase within defined timelines (e.g., 6 monthsEducational : MBA / PGDM (Strategy, Operations, or Technology)Experience : 5–8 years in Program Management / PMO / Digital Transformation / Innovation initiatives
